The Smith Squared Allies or People of Non-Color (PONC's) executive coaching programming consists of a three-pronged process incorporating a combination of one-to-one coaching, group coaching and online learning course tools. The aim of this programming is to further equip line managers and decision-makers with implementable solutions to aid teams in the areas of team performance and collaboration for seamless product/service integration within Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

It is the Smith Squared approach to involve cultural competencies such as defining historical context, common terms, and concepts that support or undermine a healthy and respectful workplace culture.
